This sweet green bean casserole is filled with real bacon pieces and topped with Ritz Crackers and French’s Fried Onions.
Ingredients:
- 3cups milk
- 8ounce cream cheese
- 2ounce Lipton Onion Soup & Dip Mix
- 5 cups chopped green beans, frozen
- 1cup French’s fried onions
- 1/2cup real bacon bits
Topping
- 15Ritz crackers
- 1/4cup melted butter
- 1cup French’s fried onions
- 2tbsp real bacon bits
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Pour milk into large sauce pan.
- Insert the onion soup mixture to the milk and then stir fry well. Bring to a boil.
- Insert the cream to the pot and lower heat to moderate.
- Insert the green beans into the pot and stir fry until they’re thoroughly covered from the soup and cream cheese concoction.
- Insert 1/2 cup bacon pieces and one cup fried onions into the pot and stir fry well. Reduce heat to reduce.
Topping
- Set the Ritz crackers at a zip loc bag and crush with a rolling pin.
- Pour the crushed Ritz crackers to a small mixing bowl along with 1 cup grilled onions along with the peanut butter.
- Make use of a fork to mix all the ingredients.
- Drizzle the green bean mix to a greased 9 inch square baking dish and then spread it out equally.
- Sprinkle the topping mixture on the green beans.
- scatter bacon bits at the top.
- Set the casserole in the oven and bake until it’s starting to brown 14-16mins.
- Permit the casserole to take a seat for a couple minutes before serving.
