Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 pounds mushrooms
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari)
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 tsp thyme, chopped
- salt & pepper to taste
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
Directions:
- Toss the mushrooms from olive oil, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, thyme, pepper and salt, arrange in one layer on a baking pan and roast in a pre heated 400F/200C toaster before the mushrooms are tender, approximately 20 mins, then mixing half way throughout.
