  • 1 head of green cabbage
  • ¼ tsp ground pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • cup olive oil


  • Grease a large baking-sheet with olive oil. Then slice the cabbage, at a top to stem motion, in ½ - ¼ inch pieces.
  • Put cabbage beans on baking-sheet in one-layer and brush every cabbage steak with olive oil, then sprinkle evenly with every spice.
  • Roast on centre rack of oven at 400°F for 45-60 minutes (the thicker your cabbage beef, the longer it'll take).
  • Serve immediately.
