Easy Cabbage Steaks
Cabbage Steaks roasted till the are perfectly crispy are flavorful and savory. So simple to make and so delicious!
- 1 head of green cabbage
- ¼ tsp ground pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ⅓ cup olive oil
Grease a large baking-sheet with olive oil. Then slice the cabbage, at a top to stem motion, in ½ - ¼ inch pieces.
Put cabbage beans on baking-sheet in one-layer and brush every cabbage steak with olive oil, then sprinkle evenly with every spice.
Roast on centre rack of oven at 400°F for 45-60 minutes (the thicker your cabbage beef, the longer it'll take).
