Bagel Breakfast Sliders

  • Cooking spray, for pan
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 tsp dried-onion
  • ¼ c milk
  • 8 slices bacon
  • Freshly-ground black-pepper
  • 2 tsp granulated-garlic
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped chived
  • 10 mini bagels, halved
  • 2 tsp poppy-seeds
  • 4 tbsp cream-cheese, softened
  • c shredded Cheddar-cheese
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • kosher-salt
  • 2 tsp sesame-seeds


  • Preheat oven to 350°F & grease a large baking dish with cooking-spray. In a big bowl beat milk & eggs until tender and light. Put aside.
  • In a skillet over moderate heat, cook bacon till crispy. Remove pieces from pan drain on paper-towels. Pour out a lot of fat but make about 1 tbsp from skillet.
  • Pour egg mix in skillet then instantly turn heat down . Stir occasionally with a spatula or wooden-spoon. If the eggs are almost set, season with pepper & salt and stir in chives. Remove from heat.
  • Spread cream-cheese on the bottom halves of this bagels then put in greased baking dish side by side. Pour egg mix on bagels then crumble cooked bacon on top. Sprinkle with cheddar subsequently put in the bagel-tops. Brush using bagel tops with melted butter & then sprinkle with dried onion, granulated-garlic, sesame-seeds & poppy-seeds.
  • Bake till the bagels are the cheese has melted, about 10 mins. Serve warm.
