Ingredients

  • 3 14 oz frozen kernel corn
  • 8 oz cream Cheese cubed
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar
  • ½ cup milk
  • salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves minced or 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili flakes optional
  • 3 tbsp chopped chives

Instructions

  • Melt butter into a skillet over medium-high-heat. Then add garlic, corn, pepper and salt then simmer for 4-5minutes.
  • Add milk and cream-cheese, combine till completely blended. Stir in shredded cheese and cook till all cheese melts. Remove from heat.
  • Serve and garnish with chili flakes and chives.
