Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana sliced

Instructions

  • If not utilizing store-bought frozen fruit, peel the banana and slice it. Freeze the banana slices and strawberries for at least 4-hours more better yet overnight.
  • Put the frozen banana and strawberries pieces to a food-processor or a high-speed-blender. Process the fruit till smooth.
  • For soft texture, serve the banana strawberry ice cream shortly after mixing. For firmer ice cream consistency move the cream to a sealable container and freeze at least 2-hours.

Notes

This recipe makes 1 portion, if you want to make more just multiply the recipe to boost portions. Processing times could be a bit longer but the process is really smoother (without the demand for scratching the sides) whenever the food-processor container is more fuller.
