Vegan Ranch Dressing (Oil-Free)

This Vegan Ranch Dressing tastes as sweet and can be just as creamy as the yuor favorite regular ranch dressing!! It is dairy-free, oil-free and actually pumps-up a salad!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup fresh-water
  • 1 tsp dried chives
  • tbsp fresh-dill, chopped
  • ¼ tsp freshly-ground black-pepper
  • ½ tsp dried onion
  • 1 tbsp lime or lemon-juice
  • 3 garlic cloves, peeled
  • ½ tsp sea-salt
  • 1 cup raw-cashews, soaked overnight in water in a jar (this results in about 1 ¼ cups puffed cashews) and rinsed

Instructions

  • In a high-speed-blender, combine all of the ingredients together till mixed & totally creamy.
    It is possible to use your blender's dressing setting or mix for at least two minutes or till combined.

Notes

The dill can turn it a slight-light green-hue and that means that you could always fold this in afterwards finely-chopped.
Taste and add more salt or lime/lemon juice if needed. Add more water if you need it runnier. Serve on salads, with buffalo-cauliflower wings on veggie-burgers.
Keep it in the Refrigerator for about a week. Before serving on salad, allow it to sit from the refrigerator for approximately 15minutes since it could thicken up in the event that you need it runny.
