One Pot Cheesy Creamed Corn
Ingredients
- 3 14 oz frozen kernel corn
- 8 oz cream Cheese cubed
- ½ cup shredded cheddar
- ½ cup milk
- salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves minced or 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili flakes optional
- 3 tbsp chopped chives
Instructions
- Melt butter into a skillet over medium-high-heat. Then add garlic, corn, pepper and salt then simmer for 4-5minutes.
- Add milk and cream-cheese, combine till completely blended. Stir in shredded cheese and cook till all cheese melts. Remove from heat.
- Serve and garnish with chili flakes and chives.
